SLOBC will be offering two programs that you can participate in to broaden yourself: conversational Japanese and Buddhist chanting. Both will begin in January. Conversational Japanese will be taught by Kiyoshi Sakurai on the first and fourth Sunday of each month. The classes will begin at 10 am and last approximately 45 minutes. Chanting will taught by Rev. Nakano and will be held on the second Sunday of each month beginning at 10:30 am and lasting for 30 minutes The programs are open to SLOBC members and non-members. Please check each month’s newsletter— any changes or omissions will be reflected in it.
